"DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?"

Simply, NO. We are considered an "Out-of-Network" provider and provide a "fee for a service." However, we are still willing to assist you in checking your out-of-network benefits and will provide you a superbill if requested for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

 

"WHY DON'T YOU TAKE INSURANCE?"

We love this one. Bee Well Physical Therapy was intentionally founded with the mission of putting our patients FIRST. We accomplish this through higher quality care (full hour, one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy), complete cost transparency, treatment based on YOUR goals (not the insurance companies), and our emphasis on long term health and wellness. We are able to accomplish this as we are NOT regulated by insurance companies. The current in-network model is broken and due to the decline in reimburesment rates it force many clinics to treat multiple (3+) patients at once. This means cutting corners: no quality time with your provider, little to no individualization of care, and increased utilization of suppport staff. At Bee Well Physical Therapy, you will receive the highest level quality care that you DESERVE. 

 

"DO I NEED A REFERRAL OR PRESCRIPTION FROM MY DOCTOR?"

No! In the State of Ohio, since 2004, you are able to see a Physical Therapist without a Physician's referral. Our advanced Doctoral training allows us the knowledge to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal impairments but also the clinical judgement to refer out to the appropriate medical professional if an impairment or condition is outside of our scope of practice. 

 

"WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?" 

We accept cash, check, all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA accounts.
