What’s the process for scheduling an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you can follow this link.  You can always call or text 330-461-9500 and a team member will reach out to you to get your appointment scheduled or fill out our contact form. 

Do you take my insurance?

At Bee Well, we operate as an out-of-network provider.  This gives us the freedom to focus on you- not just your insurance code.  The traditional in-network model often limits the time and quality of care we can provide, which doesn't align with our standard of treatment.  At Bee Well, you'll receive personalized, one-on-one care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit. 

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and HSA/FSA funds. 

Do I need a referral from my physician?

No referral needed! In Ohio, you have direct access to physical therapy, which means you can see us without a doctor's prescription. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are highly trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat movement- related issues-and if something falls outside our scope, we'll make sure you get to the right medical professional. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.  We understand that life happens- if you have extenuating circumstances, we're happy to review those on a case-by-case basis. 

Where are you located?

Bee Well Physical Therapy is located at 119 N Court St Suite A, Medina, OH 44256.  Bee Well is MOVING July 7, 2025 to 400 S Court Street, Medina OH 44256. 

What do I expect for my first appointment?

Your first visit includes a thorough evaluation, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and personalized education to help you better understand your body and how it moves.  It's also our chance to get to know you- your goals, lifestyle, and what matters most to you.  Be sure to wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. 

What about follow up appointments?

Follow-up appointments are tailored to your unique needs and findings from your initial evaluation.  Thanks to our cash-based model, we have the flexibility to create a plan that truly supports your goals- without the limitations of insurance.  Each session typically includes hands-on manual therapy, guided movement, and take-home strategies to keep you progressing between visits.  Most clients start with weekly sessions, but your provider will recommend a plan that works best for you.

What about parking?

Parking is located behind the building with spaces dedicated to Bee Well patient parking.
